The largest opposition group of Armenia's last parliament, "Prosperous Armenia" party announced  on Wednesday the list of top 10 candidates for the upcoming snap parliamentary elections slated for June 20.

To note, May 26 is the deadline to submit the electoral lists of the political forces running in the elections to the Central Electoral Commission.

The top 10 of the party list was announced to reporters by member of the party Arman Abovyan. The list runs as follows: 

1. Tsarukyan Gagik 

2. Melkumyan Mikayel 

3. Tonoyan Iveta 

4. Simonyan Davit

5. Guloyan Karapet 

6. Isayan Shake

7. Gevorgyan qajik

8. Abovyan Arman 

9. Sargsyan Luiza 

10. Davtyan Hrant 

Asked why some of the well-known members of the party are not included in the list, Abovyan pointed to the change of generation and need to give a chance to new faces.
