YEREVAN. – Wherever they go, we will find and bring them; in that sense, rest assured. Second President Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the "Armenia" bloc that will run in the snap parliamentary elections on June 20, stated this at a meeting with the residents and the representatives of the “Armenia” bloc election offices in two districts of Yerevan, and when asked: "What are you going to do so that the traitors’ [i.e., the incumbent authorities] exit from the country be prohibited?"
"People must answer for what happened, and that answer must be through justice—in the very Republic of Armenia. Whoever flees, we will bring [back] by the feet. When you hold the highest office in the country for a long time, you must always balance your emotions and feelings with the rule of law. In such cases, there is always a struggle between politics and legality. We must not behave like these authorities, and the rule of law shall prevail in this fight between politics and the rule of law; both the state and the people will benefit from it," Kocharyan said.
