Civil Contract Party abused administrative resources during election campaign – watchdog

The Electoral Rights Watch has recorded an “evident abuse” of the administrative resources by Nikol Pashinyan’s Civil Contract Party during the campaigning for the June 20 snap parliamentary elections.

“The official Facebook page of the Armavir Kindergarten N 2 carries out an electoral campaign in favor of the Civil Contract Party,” the watchdog said in a Facebook post on Saturday.
