Immediately after the video of the Sevan Mental Health Center patients being forcibly taken to the election campaign rally of the ruling Civil Contract Party was posted on the Internet, as a result of the monitoring carried out at the prosecutor's office, in connection with which the Gegharkunik Province prosecutor's office has instructed the police to carry out inspection in connection with the circumstances mentioned in it. Gor Abrahamyan, Adviser to the Prosecutor General of Armenia, stated this Saturday on Facebook.

He added that after the Human Rights Defender issued a respective statement Friday, the prosecutor's office has instructed to prepare materials and to check—in this regard—the existence of similar possible manifestations at the Vardenis Neuropsychological Retirement Home, including the possible connection of Vilen Gabrielyan, Director of the Scientific Center of Drug and Medical Technologies Expertise, to this.
