Peacemakers have brought essentials, clothes and shoes to refugees and large families in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Russian Ministry of Defence has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Russian militaries are periodically delivering humanitarian aid to Karabakh residents. Thus, on September 12, a total of 14 water tanks were delivered to the region; they will be handed over to kindergartens and schools located near the contact line.

The humanitarian aid was provided to 11 families of forced migrants, including families with many children and families with children with disabilities.

In particular, the needy people were given footwear, as well as basic necessities – clothes for children and adults, washing powders, gas burners for cooking, kitchen utensils, grocery sets, bedding sets, pillows, blankets, personal hygiene items, and children's toys.

"In total, since November 2020, more than 6700 needy migrants who have found themselves in difficult life situations have received humanitarian and medical aid from Russian peacemakers in Nagorno-Karabakh," the MoD has informed.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
