Natalia Rotenberg to run for mayor of Yerevan

Natalia Rotenberg, the wife of Tigran Arzakantsyan, the head of the "Power of Fatherland" party, is going to run for Yerevan Council of Elders from the "Power of Fatherland" party, she said in an interview with Verelk.

"The party has decided that I will head the pre-election list, and this is a big responsibility for me. Now I am studying what Yerevan needs, what needs to be done in the capital, I am studying the program of the current city authorities," Rotenberg said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again.
