What "bars" should we lower? We only have red lines; that is the status. The whole society is united in this matter. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Foreign Minister David Babayan told this to a press conference Monday in Yerevan.

Answering the question about the statements of the representatives of the ruling party in Armenia about Artsakh, the latter’s FM said: "Official Yerevan has not said anything new about the status and destiny of Artsakh; the MPs have said. This was followed by the reaction through various channels. It is unacceptable for us—whoever says so."

"There is an opportunity to save Artsakh. And no one should be blamed; we are responsible for our own destiny. Other countries have their [own] interests; that is understandable. And professionals should be engaged in the processes, not the crowds," Babayan continued.
