The presentation of a book authored by Artsakh’s Foreign Minister David Babayan was held at the Permanent Mission of the Artsakh Republic in Armenia on Monday.
“Over the past one year and a half, the Foreign Ministry of the Artsakh Republic, apart from carrying out its functions, was engaged in the creation of the book The Artsakh Issue and the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Artsakh,” Babayan said, presenting the work.
The minster says it is a handbook or a mini-encyclopedia which presents historical records, Artsakh’s role in the history of diplomacy, the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict, its causes and chronology.
The work will be useful for social, political, scientific circles as well as the media, he added. The book has been published in Armenian due to the funding by sponsors, who wish to remain anonymous.
There are plans to translate the book into Russian and English.
