The post specifically states that on July 18, the European Union is going to sign "a very important energy memorandum with Azerbaijan," about which the European Commissioner for Energy, Kadri Simson, said at the Utilitalia assembly. Stefano Grassi, the Head of Cabinet to Simson, reported this.
