YEREVAN, JUNE 12, ARMENPRESS. Vahan Papikyan has been appointed acting director of the Department of Procurements at the Yerevan City Hall staff.

The appointment was announced by Vice Mayor Tigran Avinyan at a City Hall meeting on Monday.
