Since establishment of illegal checkpoint in Lachin Corridor Azerbaijan repeatedly forbids even movement of the vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which is against the decisions of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), Armenia’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan wrote on Twitter.
