STEPANAKERT, AUGUST 4, ARMENPRESS. The Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) parliament will convene a sitting on August 7 to elect a new Speaker following the resignation of Artur Tovmasyan last week, the parliament’s press service said in a statement.
