PRESIDENT KOCHARYAN HAD A WORKING MEETING WITH AGRICULTURE MINISTER

New programs implemented in the field of agriculture and issues related
to the current activity of the Ministry of Agriculture were discussed
during todayï~^’s working meeting between President Robert Kocharyan
and Minister of Agriculture David Lockyan.
The President was primarily interested in the situation with the hog
cholera in the republic and measures taken to fight it. The Minister
assured that everything is being done to prevent the further diffusion
of the disease.
Reference was made to the volume of subsidies for the next year and
their distribution.
Issues related to the sale of agricultural products and the work of
processing factories were discussed.
