CATHOLICOS OF ALL ARMENIANS MAKES CONGRATULATION
ADDRESS ON 16TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE
Catholicos of All Armenian Garegin B has made a
congratulation address to the Armenian nation on the
Day of Independence.
`Today we are celebrating the glorious victory of the
restoration of the Armenian statehood that has been
gained at the price of suffering and sacrifice of
generations. Our nation staged a courageous struggle
for freedom during past century in the face of
numerous disasters and great losses and looked forward
to this cherished morning of independence with trust
in God that spreads new rays of hope on the life of
our world spread nation,’ the Catholicos says in his
address.
