DEFENSE SPHERE DISCUSSED AT MEETING HELD BY NKR PRESIDENT

September 25 Nagorno-Karabagh Republic President Bako Sahakian received
Col.-Gen. Seyran Ohanian, head of General Headquarters of RA Armed
Forces, RA first Deputy Defense Minister, and Lt. Gen. Movses Hakopian,
NKR Defense Minister, NKR Defense Army Commander.

According to the information DE FACTO got at the Central Department
of Information under NKR President, in the course of the meeting
the interlocutors had discussed a number of issues referring to
defense sphere.
