"Azerbaijan has adopted the second phase of Individual Partnership
Action Plan (IPAP) signed with NATO. The document covers two years,"
Robert Simmons NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for
the Caucasus and Central Asia, told journalists, APA reports.
Robert Simmons noted that some positive steps have already been taken
for the implementation of the second phase of IPAP.
"The second phase of IPAP unlike the first one has very serious goals
and envisages carrying out serious reforms," he said.
Noting that they visited Armenia, the special representative underlined
that Nagorno Karabakh was not debated in Yerevan.
