"Armenian bill will damage the strategic partnership relationship
between Turkey and the USA."

The Prime Minister Erdoðan contacted the US president Bush for the
Armenian bill expected to be handled by the US congress. Erdoðan said:
"the bill does not serve to the benefit of the two countries.

It will damage the relationship between Turkey and Armenia."

Erdoðan called the US president Bush upon the Armenian genocide bill
came up on the agenda of the US Congress.

The Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoðan called the president Bush after
the Armenian genocide bill was included in the agenda of the US
Congress International Affairs Committee and communicated the distress
regarding the issue. Erdoðan told Bush: "if the bill passes in the
parliament, the strategic relationship between Turkey and USA will be
damaged." Bush responded: "I understand you; I also have some doubts
about the bill. We will work in order not to pass the bill."
