THE NKR PRESIDENT HAS ACCEPTED

On October 19th the NKR President Bako Sahakian held a working
conference by participation of the chairmen of regional board
of administartions of the republic. The chairmen of the regional
board of administrations informed the president of the process of
making corresponding assignments and about the problems presented in
the regions. Bako Sahakian attached importance to the accurate and
organized realization of agricultural works. Touching upon the activity
of the local authorities, the president pointed particularly, that it
should be public, transperent and open. —- —- — The same day Bako
Sahakian met with the members of Central Committee of the NKR Communist
Party, by the head of the leader of the party Hrant Melkumian. A
number of questions having a relation to the inner political life of
the republic, as well as socio-economical situation were discussed at
the meeting. The representatives of the party especially estimated
highly the formation of new political culture in the republic. What
about the presepectives of development of economics, the communists
shared the president’s viewpoint of assuming as a basis a village as
a rebirth of Artsakh. (Central Administration of Information of the
