YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 6, NOYAN TAPAN. Levon Ter-Petrosian, the first
President of the Republic of Armenia, met and had a half-hour
conversation with Terry Davis, the Secretary General of the Council
of Europe, who is in Armenia on an official visit. This information
