The delegation led by the Prime Minister of Bulgaria Sergey Stanishev
visited Tsitsernakaberd to lay a wreath of flowers at the memorial
to Armenian Genocide victims.

Mr. Stanishew left a note in the Commemoration Book of the Armenian
Genocide Museum Institute. "Let’s remember the past, live with the
present and believe in the future, since the memory of the past is the
best impulse of building future," the Bulgarian Prime Minister wrote.
