GEORGIA CANCELING EMERGENCY RULE NOVEMBER 16

be lifted November 16, parliament speaker Nino Burjanadze told a
briefing. She voiced hope that the country will come back to ordinary
life and democratic processes as well as dialogue with the public
will be continued, Georgia Online reports.
