ARMENIAN PRESIDENT SIGNS LAW ON 2008 STATE BUDGET

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 5, NOYAN TAPAN. The Armenian president Robert
Kocharian on December 4 signed the RA Law on the 2008 State Budget
of the Republic of Armenia. According to a press release submitted to
NT by the RA president’s press service, on the same day R. Kocharian
signed the laws on making additions to the following laws: the Law on
Taxes, the Law on State Duty, the Law on Organization and Conducting
of Checkings in the RA, the Law on Simplified Tax, the Law on the
Securities Market, the Law on Suspension of Activity of Users of Cash
Registers, the Law on Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and
Settlement Organizations, the Law on the Fight against Legalization
of Illegal Incones and Financing of Terrorism, the Law on Use of Cash
Registers, and the Law on Currency Regulation and Control.
