WB VICE-PRESIDENT TO VISIT ARMENIA

December 13 the World Bank Vice-President for Europe and Central Asia
Shigeo Katsu will arrive in Armenia on a three-day visit.

Noyyan Tapan was informed from the World bank Office in Yerevan that
the visit of Mr. Katsu is aimed at familiarizing with the process of
implementation of WB programs in Armenia.

It should be noted that $1.1 billion has been provided to Armenia
for implementation of 49 programs ever since 1992.
