ARMENIAN – EGYPTIAN COOPERATION DEVELOPED IN IT

A memorandum will be assigned on the cooperation of Armenian – Egyptian
IT spheres in April 2008. An IT conference will be organized. The
information is provided by the press and information department
of Foreign Affairs Ministry. The agreement was made to promote the
Information Technologies cooperation sphere when Robert Kocharyan
visited Egypt.
Note that Vahram Ghushchyan, the deputy of Trade and Economic
development minister left for Cairo for labor visit in December
9-11. The aim of the visit was to get acquainted with the Egyptian IT
experience and to mark the future cooperation directions. The deputy
minister met the heads of "Smart Village" Techno Park, IT development
agencies, and IT companies associations.
