E-SYSTEM OF PENSION PAYMENT TO BE INTRODUCED IN ARMENIA

ArmInfo. The RA State Fund of Social Insurance and the USAID Armenia,
Social Protection Systems Strengthening Project signed a cooperation
agreement.

The Fund’s press-service told ArmInfo that the agreement stipulates
cooperation in the sphere of provision of services to beneficiaries,
development of institutional opportunities, management of business
processes and usage of information technologies. The Social Protection
Systems Strengthening Project is to be implemented till 2011. The
project renders technical support in the sphere of social insurance,
employment services, occupational safety, and renders social support
to poor layers of population. Under the agreement, an e-system of
pension payment will be introduced.
