The election office of the presidential candidate Levon Ter-Petrosyan
has reported breaches and concern regarding the election campaign
to the international observers who are currently studying them, the
spokesman for Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s election office Arman Musinyan told
reporters in a news conference on February 5 at the Hayatsk press club.
He also said they have appealed to the Central Election Commission to
repeal Serge Sargsyan’s candidacy because the expenses of his election
campaign obviously surpass the election fund, which is illegal. If
the CEC fails to respond within three days as required by the law,
Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s team will sue the CEC for inactiveness.
