PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV: AZERBAIJAN WILL MOBILIZE ALL LEVERS TO RELEASE OCCUPIED LANDS

"If Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not solved and Azerbaijani lands
are not released, we will not cooperate with Armenia," Azerbaijani
President Ilham Aliyev today said a presentation ceremony of the prize
"Person of the Year " organized by ANS Independent Broadcasting and
Media Company and Chingiz Mustafayev Foundation.
"Azerbaijan will mobilize all levers to release occupied lands,"
he said. President stated that serious attention was paid to army
formation and noted that year by year increase of military budget,
establishment of Defense Industry Ministry, start up of production
are important for future plans.
He said that they are obliged to carry out peace negotiations and
explained it with hopes.
"Azerbaijan should be a strong state. The conflict can be solved
in favor of Azerbaijan by the help of strong military potential and
strong economy," he said.
