"I think that the Constitutional Court should reject Levon
Ter-Petrosyan’s appeal," answered lawyer Hrayr Tovmasyan, to the
Panorama.am report’s question.
According to the lawyer even if the CC announces that the problems
are really unconquerable, there are objective ways to solve them.
According to him, this institution is not so well spread. It is
established only in France and former French colonies. And if there
were some unconquerable facts for the president candidate then the
lections were delayed until the problems were solved, after new
elections were announced.
According to Tovmasyan, though this institutions is established France
it has never been practiced even there. Thus he maintained that those
problems could be unconquerable if there were not objective solutions
to them, for example if the candidate is kidnapped, because of the
natural disaster he is in an inaccessible place or if he is in coma.
