RESULTS OF VOTINGS OF RA PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS TO BE ACCESSIBLE SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR CEC MEMBERS AND WEBSITE’S VISITORS

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. The website of the RA Central
Electoral Commission (CEC) renewed with the immediate assistance
of the OSCE Yerevan Office will give a possibility to receive the
whole information in case of not only state elections, including the
RA presidential elections of February 19, but also in case of local
self-government elections. CEC Chairman Garegin Azarian said at the
February 11 launching of the renewed website.
In his words, the information in Armenian and English placed on the
website will be accessible for not only journalists, but also each
person who will visit the website in any corner of
the Earth. At that, all data concerning voting will appear in Internet
in the same real regime, parallel with their entering, for visitors
and CEC members.
The data from 28 regional district electoral commissions will be
conveyed to CEC by the computer network. And the voting results from 13
district electoral commissions of Yerevan will be moved to CEC through
the Armenian Encashment (Hayinkasatsia) specialized organization.
