BONDS OF VALLETA TO BE LISTED IN ARMENIAN STOCK EXCHANGE

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 12, NOYAN TAPAN. At the February 12 sitting, the
Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) Board made a decision not to object to
listing of coupon nominal bonds of Valleta LLC in the Armenian Stock
Exchange OJSC.
NT was informed by the CBA press service that by CBA Board decisions,
Depi Tun LLC, a company making money transfers, was given permission
to participate in Bystraya Pochta payment and settlement system and
Interexpress foreign payment and settlement system, Harut-Hakob LLC
was granted a licence for pawnshop organization, and the Vardenis
office of Ecumenical Church Loan Fund LLC was registered.
By decisions of the CBA Board, Alinvest LLC’s licence of brokerage
activity, as well as Ameria Invest CJSC’s licence of trust management
of securities were cancelled.
The CBA Board approved the regulations "The Main Economic Norms of
Investment Companies, their Limits, Calculation Order, Structure of
Elements Participating in Calculation, the Amount of Violation of
Established Economic Norms", and "The Minimum Conditions of Internal
Control of Information Technologies Risk Management". Additions were
made to the "Regulation of Activity of Credit Organizations, Economic
Norms of Activity of Credit Organizations", amendments were made to
the regulation "Licensing and Regulation of Operations on Foreign
Currency Sale and Purchase".
