CONFERENCE AT ARTSAKH STATE UNIVERSITY

Today a scientific conference will be held at Artsakh State University,
which is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the beginning of the
Movement of Karabakh. The speaker of the NKR parliament Ashot Ghulyan
and the minister of education and science Vladik Khachatryan will
address the conference. Deputies of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous
Region Soviet of People’s Deputies who had addressed the meeting
of the Soviet on February 20, 1988, as well as the activists of the
Movement who had addressed the meeting in Stepanakert on February 13,
1988 will address the conference.
The writer G. Beglaryan will present the third volume of his
book entitled "Artsakh-Name", and the third part of the film "At
Intersections of History" by V. Balayan will be shown.
