ECONOMIC FORUM KICKS OFF IN TSAGHKADZOR

Bridge 2008 International Economic Fifth Forum ceremonially opened in
the resort town of Tsaghkadzor today. It will continue until February
18. The main topic is "International economic cooperation: priorities,
trends and opportunities."

The aim of the forum is to introduce the economic potential of
Armenia to the business and political circles of the West and the
Middle East. The forum will also hold informal discussion on important
political and economic issues and will develop a common strategy of
action aimed at ensuring of economic and social progress.

Several round tables are organized within the framework of the
forum. The organizers assure that the forum justifies Armenian
Davoseh title and is an inseparable part of business life of the
state as a meeting place and a field of open discussion for political
scientists, legislatures, business communities, bank managers and
insurance companies.
