EXIT POLL OF BRITISH "POPULUS" SHOWS THAT SERZH SARGSIAN HAS 57.1 PERCENT OF VOTES LEADING THE ELECTIONS

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 19, ARMENPRESS: The results of the exit poll
carried out by the British "Populus" company have showed that Serzh
Sargsian, having 57.1 percent is leading the elections. Then comes
Levon Ter-Petrosian with 17.4 percent, followed by the leader of
Orinats Yerkir Party Arthur Baghdasarian which has 14.6 percent.

Vahan Hovhannissian is the fourth with 5.98 percent. The other
candidates have not passed the 1.6 percent border.

The polls were conducted in 126 polling stations in Armenia chosen
by the company.
