Armenian premier thanks ministers for ensuring election met
commitments

[Presenter] Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan presided over the cabinet
meeting today and before touching upon the issues on the agenda, the
prime minister first thanked government members and, though them, all
Armenian citizens who contributed to holding an election on 19
February that complies with commitments to the OSCE and the Council
of Europe. The prime minister said it is extremely important that
members of the government immediately initiate implementation of the
outlined programmes.

[Sargsyan] We have two tasks now. One task is that the
law-enforcement bodies should scrupulously examine all the existing
facts related to election violations. The second is that starting
>From yesterday [21 February], members of the government should
already have initiated implementation of our programmes. This is
extremely important. We have ambitious programmes and these
programmes should mean that our people really feel changes every
month. The reforms should be speeded up. This is one of the most
important tasks.
