WB EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CONGRATULATES SERGE SARGSYAN

The Office of the World Bank Executive Director for Armenia,
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Israel,
Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova, the Netherlands, Romania and Ukraine
congratulated Serge Sargsyan for being elected to the post of the
President of the Republic of Armenia. The congratulatory message,
signed by Executive Director Herman Wijffels says, in part:

"I wish to congratulate you on the occasion of being elected to the
post of the President of the Republic of Armenia and wish you success
in your new position.

Let me use the proper chance to thank you for participating in the
annual meeting of the World Bank Group.

I anticipate to continue cooperating with you and the Republic of
Armenia."
