5 DEFENDERS OF LAND BROUGHT TO LOCAL POLICE OFFICE

YEREVAN, DEBRUARY 28, NOYAN TAPAN. Policemen approached one of the
cars in the vicinity of the Freedom square early in the morning of
February 28, called the people in the car out and took them to a
local police office. As a Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed by
Arman Musinian, the Spokesperson of the pre-electoral headquarters
of Levon Ter-Petrosian, the five people detained by the police are
participants of the Karabakh war, they, in particular, are members
of the detachment of Sasun Mikaelian, an MP of the National Assembly.
