TER-PETROSYAN REQUESTED CC LET HIM HAVE THE FLOOR

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenia’s former President Levon Ter-Petrosyan
requested the Constitutional Court to let him have the floor during
the session, lawyer Pargev Ohanyan said.
"Yesterday Levon Ter-Petrosyan requested the CC to grant him the
floor for 10 minutes to express his standpoint on the appeal," he said.
For his part, CC chairman Gagik Harutyunyan said, "Levon Ter-Petrosyan
can deliver a speech either during the pleadings or present concluding
remarks," Novosti Armenia reports.
The Armenian Constitutional Court proceeded to consideration of
appeals of the February 19 presidential election results, pinning
the suits brought in by Tigran Karapetyan and Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
