DELEGATION OF RA DEFENSE MINISTRY LEFT FOR BRUSSELS TO TAKE PART IN SESSION OF MILITARY- POLITICAL STEERING COMMITTEE OF ARMENIA-NATO FORMAT

ArmInfo. The delegation of RA Defense Ministry left for Brussels
today to take part in the session of the military-political Steering
Committee of Armenia-NATO format. As spokesman of RA DM, Colonel Seyran
Shahsouvaryan told ArmInfo, the Armenian delegation includes RA deputy
DM Ara Nazaryan, Head of the Administration of Defense Programmes and
International Military Cooperation, Colonel David Tonoyan and Acting
Head of the NATO Cooperation Department of the same Administration
Ara Mesropyan. During the session, the Armenian delegation, together
with NATO representatives, will discuss the roundup report upon the
results of February 4-8 visit of NATO’s assessment group to Armenia
on the process of planning and control, as well as the issues of
implementation of the Programme "Defense and Military Problems"
within the frames of events of the second part of the "Armenia-NATO
Individual Partnership" Project.
