ArmInfo. ‘After 1 March incidents, serious changes are inevitable in
Armenia’, Chairman of National Democratic Party Shavarsh Kocharyan
said at Pastark Debate Club, Tuesday.
He believes stability in the country can be established in two ways:
democratic and dictatory. ‘Stability in developed democratic states
is quite different from fully stable situation in the states with
evident dictatorship like Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. All of us have
faced a choice i.e. what way will Armenia chose’, Shavarsh Kocharyan
said. He also added that the new staff of the Armenian Government to
be formed after inauguration of Serzh Sargsyan will show that way.
