is an absurd

Today it’s already obvious that the disorders of March 1 were of
organized nature, and those who try to dispute the topic of political
prisoners will get deeply disappointed, RA President Robert Kocharyan
told reporters today.
According to him, the chronology of most events has been restored
minute by minute, and those who are trying to dispute the topic of
political prisoners, will be deeply disappointed to get familiar with
the materials the investigative group is collecting today.
In response to the question about the possible dialogue with Levon
Ter-Petrosyan, the President said: "The calls for dialogue with Levon
Ter-Petrosyan are not addressed to me. I’m not ready for any dialogue
and I think that people who have committed criminally punishable
deeds must be held accountable by law."
Robert Kocharyan did not out rule out that for this or that reason
the President-Elect, the new Government and parliamentary forces may
discuss the opportunity for such a dialogue. However, it is first
necessary to clarify the framework of such a dialogue: with whom and
on what issues.
Commenting on the possibility of holding extraordinary parliamentary
elections, Robert Kocharyan noted "it is the most absurd idea proposed
recently. The necessity of holding such elections emerges in case the
parliament is unable to work." According to the President’s assessment,
there are few parliaments today that "work as effectively as ours."
