ARMENIA SWEARS IN NEW PRESIDENT

ArmInfo. The newly elected President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan
delivered an inaugural address on April 9, Wednesday.

‘Assuming the office I swear to fulfill all the requirements of the
Constitution, respect the rights and freedoms of every human being
and citizen without reservations, ensure the country’s independence,
territorial integrity and security for the welfare of Republic of
Armenia and the Armenian people’, Serzh Sargsyan says.

The inauguration ceremony is held at the Special Session of the
Armenian Parliament in the building of the National Academic Theatre
of Opera and Ballet after A. Spendiarov.
