"Armenian authorities are intended to carry out all the terms dictated
by the PACE article. Real mechanisms should be created to contribute
to the implementation of those terms and probably in this week the
coalition members will put this question in discussion," said David
Harutyunyan the head of the Armenian delegation in PACE session.

To the question what mechanisms will be set to provide the
participation and right of opposition in country’s activities which
is included in the article, Harutyunayn answered that though in some
countries the current question is solved through the traditional
forces, they will implement judicial codes to fix the problem.

"Though the judicial codes and laws can also be changed but the
judicial solutions to those terms will show the political vector,"
he said and added that some measures should be taken to prevent
"winner gets everything" principles.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
