"Atlas of shame", a book of torture with studies by nine professors
and doctors. The study took five years and photos of more than 10
thousand people who were tortured were scanned.

Torture atlas prepared by Turkish Human Rights Association revealed
that one million people have been tortured since September 12, 1980.

Turkish Human Rights Association revealed that more than one
million people have been tortured since the military coup in
1980. Scientists have carried out studies for five years and have
proven the embarrassing methods of torture with the torture atlas of
236 pages. The book tells about torture methods, torture diagnosis and
way of examination with photos and drawings, Sabah newspaper reports.
