"FIRST GENOCIDE OF THE 20TH CENTURY" EXHIBITION IN TARTOU UNIVERSITY

"First Genocide of the 20th century" photo-exhibition is being held
in the library of Tartou University (Estonia) from April 21 to May
11. The exhibition is organized by "Baltic-Armenian House" NGO.
According to the information received from Estonia, the exhibition
is dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
The exhibition involves photocopies of archive documents, memoirs
of eye-witnesses and photos telling about massacres and violences
against Armenians in Turkey
There are also statistical data about the number of the Armenian
population and schools in 1914 and 1922.
The materials of the exhibition are given by the Armenian Genocide
Museum-Institute of Yerevan.
