On May 14 the NKR parliament passed two bills according to which the
Civil Code and the Trial Code passed in 1997 and amended in 2002 and
2007 will come into effect.
According to the minister of justice Narine Narimanyan, currently
our own codes are being worked out, which will be passed in August
and come into effect from January 1, 2009.
