"SHUSHI SHOULD BECOME NKR SECOND CAPITAL"

NKR President Bako Sahakian together with Russian-Armenian well-known
benefactor Levon Hairapetian visited Shushi to get acquainted with
the process of construction of several buildings, "De facto" agency
reported.
A consultation was held there with participation of the Primate of
Artsakh diocese Archbishop Pargev Martirosian and NKR Prime Minister
Ara Haroutunian.
They discussed issues of reconstruction and development of Shushi.
"We should reconstruct Shushi preserving its historical face. Shushi
should become the second capital of NKR like St. Petersburg in Russia",
mentioned Hairapetian adding that he will spare no means to change
Shushi into modern cultural and tourism center.
"When I do shopping for my family I don’t save, likewise, when I
build something I don’t think how much I will spend – 100 mln, 200
or 300. The important thing is to provide normal living conditions
in Artsakh".
