Today the Minister of Defense of Armenia and the delegation leaded by
the minister left for Russia to have two-day long labor meetings with
Russian authorities. In the framework of the visit RA Defense Minister
had a meeting with the Defense Minister of Russia Anatoly Serdyukov.
According to the press secretary of the ministry Seyran Shahsuvaryan,
during the meeting the parties discussed issues of regional
security and stability; and exchanged view points on defense reforms
implemented in both countries. The authorities also discussed questions
connected with Armenian-Russian military, military-technical and
military-educational cooperation, as well as the achievements obtained
in this field.
