"William Saroyan and Armenia" exhibition opened in the beginning of
July will last till September 15 in National Archive, said Amatuni
Virabyan the director of the Archive to Panorama.am.
Note that this year 100-anniversary of the famous American Armenian
writer is celebrated.
"We have foreign visitors and students from the State University to
come and see the exhibition. As our main visitors are only school
children and students, we have few to come," he said.
The mission of the exhibition is to show the public some documentary
materials from the life of the famous write. Hence, personal items,
prints materials, videos, photos and other documents are presented
in the exhibition.
Note that Saroyan’s main archive is collected in United States.
