OFFICIALS SHOULD PERSONALLY RECEIVE CITIZENS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH
YEREVAN, JULY 10, NOYAN TAPAN. At the RA government’s July 10 sitting,
RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian instructed all ministers, heads of
all departments, regional governors, Yerevan Mayor in a ten-day period
to adopt the respective legal acts on the order of organization of
citizens’ reception. Besides, according to the Prime Minister, the
above mentioned officials should personally receive citizens at least
once a month. Information on the reception organization order should be
placed on the websites of the respective structures.
T. Sargsian said that complex events should be carried out to improve
quality of services provided to citizens. According to him, the number
of application-complaints addressed by citizens to the executive power
is evidence that they are not always paid proper attention by state
officials. Therefore, according to the Prime Minister, heads of state
structures should be personally aware of problems raised by citizens,
and the problems should become a subject of discussion and be solved by
the order established by the law.
