WATER PROBLEM IN KHARBERD

The citizens of Nor Kharberd rural community in Ararat region have
serious problems with drinking water. Every morning they have to get
prepared all pots to get some water in thirty minutes. Note that the
local people use drinking water to prepare some food and to drink,
for other domestic activities, as washing and having bath they use
non drinking water.
Although the local people complain they don’t have drinking water,
they see the "water man" very often who fixes the data on the water
measure machine. Note that people of Nor Kharberd don’t know quite
sure who serves water, "Yerevan Water" or…?
